Q: I was wondering if there was a way to search Crisis Cleanup by organization, i.e. whether there was a way to see all the homes that we had claimed as an organization. We're ramping up volunteer numbers and homes and we want to crosscheck your database with the homes we've completed.
A: Here’s the way most people do it:
- On the map, click “Download as Spreadsheet (CSV)”
- Open the CSV. The first two columns should be “claimed_by” and “reported_by”. Sort by your organization's name to see which work orders your organization (and others) have claimed.
- You can also click on the "Claimed by [Your Organization]" checkbox on the map to view what you've claimed.
If you're just looking for a list of participating organizations and contacts, click the "All Organizations" link at the top left of the Needs Assessment form and map.
