Is there a way to know the dates these requests were uploaded to your site?

Yes. From www.crisiscleanup.org/map, click the “Download as Spreadsheet (CSV)” button. Open the file and you’ll see a column labeled “Date” and another column labeled “Days Waiting.”
By default, only Open work orders will be included. Uncheck the “Open” checkbox to include all items.
