I have already used Crisis Cleanup. May I reuse my existing username and password on a new incident/disaster?

Yes! Effective December 28, 2013, you can reuse your existing account and password for new incidents. To sign in using an existing account:

1. Visit the Login page, and choose a new Incident.
2. On the Organization dropdown menu, click "Other (Existing)."
3. On the Existing Organization dropdown menu, find your organization.
4. Enter your passcode.
5. Congratulations! You only need to do this once. From now on, your organization will be listed in the Organization menu under the new incident.
