During the activation process you will be asked for your name, cell phone number, and role in your organization. During times of high volume, you may be taken to a blank screen after you click "Submit." This is a server bug we're looking into.
Workaround: Don't worry, you're still registered. To recover your account:
1. Click "Login" at the top right of the screen.
2. On the login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter your email address.
3. Look for instructions in email. If it still does not work, click the "Help" button and enter a trouble ticket.
