How do I change my cell phone number, role, etc.?

To change your profile information, click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click "Edit Profile."

"Edit Profile"is nowhere on my screen; when I click on my name in upper right it drops down to 2 options: Profile and Logout. When I change profile organization it immediately reverts to the previous one. HELP!!!!!
