What is the procedure for duplicates

One of the most significant values of Crisis Cleanup is its ability to minimize duplicating efforts. When entering a work order, you may receive a notification that there might be a duplicate record. Duplicates are based on a range of information, including address, latitude/longitude, phone number, and a few other items.  When entering a work order, you may receive an alert about a possible duplicate.

Review the suggested duplicate by clicking on the link. If the record already exists, do not save the new record. Simply edit the existing record. If the suggestion is not a duplicate, then click "Ignore and Save" to save the new record.

Known issue: Multiple individuals in an apartment will always show up as possible duplicates. Simply ignore those.
